Yes. Ruuster supports national and multi-market teams. You can unify search across all the MLSs your agents work in and route leads by region or price. Every agent gets their own pages, and you can create a national search portal if needed.
No. Unlike other platforms, Ruuster does not charge extra for database size. You can nurture your full database with no concern about growing costs as you scale.

In most cases, yes. Agents can search, share, and save listings from within your CRM. However, certain MLS-only tools like ShowingTime or document retrieval are not provided by the MLS to platforms like Ruuster.

Yes. Ruuster supports teams across Canada and the US with live MLS integrations nationwide. We can onboard any MLS not already in our system during your implementation.
Most teams go live within 2 weeks depending on MLS approval timelines and project scope. Onboarding includes setup, integrations, branding, and live agent training.
Yes. You will be assigned a US-based Customer Success Manager with experience supporting top teams. Our team is available via email 24/7, by phone during business hours, and we host weekly office hours and ongoing training sessions.
