Yes, where permitted. VOW feeds give your agents access to private MLS data and deeper search filters directly from inside your CRM.

Generally, yes. Agents can search the MLS directly inside Follow Up Boss, share listings, chat with clients, and manage everything from the lead profile. For features like ShowingTime or document downloads, agents may still log in to the MLS.
